This project was a mission idea contest with multiple universities participating for the opportunity to collaborate with the Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) and develop their respective mission ideas to be launched together with the Maya-7 satellite. This was led by Robert Santiago and I, managing a team of graduate students. The team successfully won 3rd place in the competition and is currently collaborating with PhilSA in developing and fabricating our idea.

S P A C E was a three-month long university-wide activity that ran from June 2021 to September 2021. This project was led by me, in collaboration with student organizations: COSCA-LOVE and DLS-RCY, and university offices: OCCS and SDFO. S P A C E had four episodes running between two to four weeks per episode covering a variety of topics such as maintaining physical health, plant care, spirituality, healthy recipes, and creative outlets. This project aimed to expand the university body's understanding of self-care into a more holistic view to include physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being.

Due to the pandemic, student activities have been hit and transitioning between administrations has become extremely difficult due to the lack of training, exposure, and interaction. To address this, I developed committee manuals for each committee in the organization, containing all relevant information, best practices, advice, contact details, procedures, and the like. This has been updated and used yearly since 2021 by the following administrations.

Similar to the committee manuals, I wrote the turnover document to transition key information and other relevant details from the previous president & vice president to the next administration. The information here are restricted to the next president and vice-president only. This document has been used in every transition of administration since 2021.

This was a project requested by the office to manage the overwhelming amount of need for Facebook posts from two student organizations and the office. To centralize the procedure for the social media manager of the office, I developed the COSCA FB Posting Request Form which is a Google Form managed via Google Sheets. This form utilizes a combination of Google Apps Script, Google Forms, and Google Sheets to automated most of the processes such as generating a posting calendar, identifying conflict of posting schedules, allowing content review, and post approval.

Given one administrative coordinator for the two student organizations, I developed the SSFP Volunteer Request Tracker to centralize all forms of requests that require coordinator review and approval. This streamlines the entire approval process shortening lead times from 2 weeks to 1 week. This sheet uses a combination of spreadsheet functions and Google Apps Script. It contains features such as automated email updates per request, sorting by urgency, sending of necessary documents, and automated timestamps. This project was conceptualized in 2020 and has been in operation since then.

This project is a Google Form that centralizes and checks all blood requests eliminating the back and forth due to lack of information on the request. It functions 24/7 utilizing Google Apps Script, automating the entire coordination process between the organization and the Red Cross Manila Chapter. It also includes features such as utilizing the blood donor database and the organization's Facebook page to reach out and request for blood. This system has catered to over 1000 requests since its inception and has been in use since 2019.

This project is an automated database of previous blood donors who have opted in to receive regular communications regarding blood requests. This was developed to eliminate the need of generating new documents every blood drive, instead utilizes a singular database containing 1200 blood donors. These donors are contacted directly whenever there is a request for blood. This has been in use and regularly updated since 2019.

This project is a simple standardized set of publication materials for every blood request. Working in conjunction with the blood donor request form, automated captions are generated through that form for posting in the Facebook page. These materials are exclusively used for the Facebook page. I was responsible for conceptualizing this project in conjunction with the forms while Micka Yngson was responsible for the publication material.
